1) You agree to pay S&H of your winning lot (Including any addition packaging required). *It is highly recommended you purchase insurance and a tracking number as a replacement will not be sent in the event it is damaged or not received.  *The product(s) being given away is free*

2) You agree that you are the legal age in your country. Proof will be required to claim your prize lot. (This will not be stored).

3) You agree to provide your mailing address via email with HGR (HonestGardeningReviews@gmail.com). *Note: The address will be only retained for confirmation in the event the mailing system needs it; afterwards is deleted.*

4) You agree HGR can use your first name and country for winner announcment.

 

5) You will provide HGR your legal first and last name to claim the prize lot. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting the prize, HGR will not use a fake name to mail items.

6) After announcement, the winner of a giveaway / contest will have two weeks to respond to HGR's email to confirm address the prize is to be sent to, in the event this time frame goes by, a replacement winner will be announced (They will have the same two week period to claim).
