Meaning of "Grow Lights" to me:

This is an electrical component used to produce an artificial light used for growing plants indoors. The light spectrum is crucial for plants to survive. While the blue spectrum is used for vegetative growth and red is used for flower growth.

There are many types of grow lights available. This includes LED's (Light Emitting Diodes),

Florescent lights, HID (High Intensity Discharge - Two Categories) among several other types. Each has a trade off. Some are more cost efficient, some are more effective.
