Meaning of a "pH / EC / PPM Meters" to me:

These are tools used for measuring levels of :

pH (How acidic or alkaline a liquid is.),

EC (How much electrical conductivity there is in a liquid.);

PPM (TDS) (How many parts per million or total dissolved solids are in a solution.)

If you are growing a sensitive plant or trying to adjust exactly what your feeding your plant these will be essential for measuring your solution.
